Excellent location (even if it was difficult to find at the beginning)> the directions could be improved upon, as it's very near Double Gate. The price, whilst ridiculously expensive for what we actually got, is one the cheaper options in Baku. Breakfast was simple but hit the sopt. The lady serving in the breakfast room was delightful!
Beds were filthy and bedbug infested. The tiny 'bathroom' was grim, dirty and mouldy. It was too expensive for what you got. The staff asked us to pay 13 times in cash - though we refused and insisted on card as advertised. The machine magically didn't work on check-out and we were forced to pay cash - though they did give us a reduction in price. Owner too keen o trying to pawn off overly expensive tours on us. Really took away from our stay in Baku and would certainly not recommend.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of the Old Town. The location was absolutely fantastic - tucked away in a quiet alleyway, it felt like a hidden gem. Being right in the centre of the walled Old Town allowed me to easily explore the historic sites and immerse myself in the local culture. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The basic amenities were all there, and my room even had a balcony where I could enjoy a morning coffee while taking in the city views. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any faults.

Great central location in the heart of the city and free Wi-Fi in the lobby was convenient. Nice to have a daily breakfast included in the rate, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room was extremely cramped and the bathroom was in poor condition. There wasn't enough space for our luggage, and the air conditioning system was quite loud. The overall cleanliness of the room was not up to standard.

1-The staff was extremely friendly. 2-They had wi-fi. 3-The location was wonderful. 4-The staff speak both Azeri and Russian. Some of them can speak English.
1-The room was damp and uncomfortable. 2-The bed linen was shabby. 3-The lavatory was a terrible one. 4-They had no hairdryer. 5-The breakfast was poor. 6-They didn't accept credit cards when we were staying there... (though we had booked the hotel with a Master Card... they asked us to pay in cash...).

I had a really good stay at this hotel in Baku's Old Town. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the walled Old Town, so I was able to easily explore all the main sights. The hotel itself is tucked away in a quiet alleyway, so I didn't have to worry about any noise disturbances during my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. I particularly liked that my room had a balcony, giving me a nice view of the surrounding area. The breakfast provided was simple but satisfying, with a good variety of options to choose from. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely recommend it to others.
All was fine.

We loved the central Old City location of this hotel. It's right in the heart of the historic streets, making for a lovely romantic stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable, allowing us to make an early check-in for free. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which was well kept and cozy. The small balcony was a nice touch, and the breakfast provided was good.
Absolutely nothing.

The incredible friendliness of the staff. Being able to take trips with the manager of the hotel. One of the managers and his son could both speak English. The son was extremely helpful in planning metro, cab, and bus trips for us. We would have been lost without him!!!
The shower......very hard to keep the water in the shower. At least you could get shower curtains that go around the whole shower. That would at least keep some water in!!! When I made the reservation I used my credit card. I thought it would be put through when I got there. Instead, after lost luggage at 3 AM, we were greeted with "you need to pay cash." I should have been told that before I ever arrived so that I could have planned accordingly. Never would have carried that much cash overseas.

The hotel is situated in a quiet alleyway of the old city, making it easy to reach everything. It is right in the centre of the walled Old Town, surrounded by romantic streets. The staff is very hospitable and attentive, even allowing me to make an early check-in for free. The rooms are basic but equipped with newer facilities, and some even have balconies.
All in all, this hotel provided a pleasant stay.

Location is good - the hotel is situated in the centre of the old city
The room looks like some old soviet flat that has not been repaired for over 20 years. The breakfast is not good - very few to eat and the same every day. The hotel is too expensive for the services it can offer.
